1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Options
Free In-Store Pickup
Customers may collect their orders for free at our Sandton store.
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 24 hours.
Next-Day Doorstep Delivery – R99.00
For those who need it fast, we offer Next-Day Doorstep Delivery at a flat rate of R99.00.
Orders must be placed before 1 PM to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day.
Free Insured Delivery (2–3 Business Days)
Enjoy Free Insured Doorstep Delivery on all orders, arriving within 2–3 business days.
This option includes full transit insurance for your peace of mind.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can monitor your delivery status online at any time.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa.
For remote or outlying areas, delivery times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
5. Delays
While we always aim for timely delivery, unforeseen courier or weather delays may occur. In such cases, Karl Sandton is not liable for late delivery beyond our control.
