1. Overview

At Karl Sandton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy in line with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags).

  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or earrings (unless faulty).

  • Gift cards or sale/clearance items (unless defective).


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing infokarlsandton@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a free exchange or full refund once the item has been inspected.


5. Return Process

  1. Email infokarlsandton@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. You may return the item via courier or drop it off in-store at no cost.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


7. Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, colour, or product of equal value (subject to stock availability).
Exchanges are processed within 3 business days after receiving your returned item.


8. In-Store Returns

You can return or exchange items in-store for free, provided all eligibility conditions are met.
